The interviews themselves were simple and straightforward, and the people I interviewed with were laid back and very friendly. What's so unfortunate is that this is one of those companies that prides themselves on being "fast-paced" in their work ethic and culture, but will also take over 4 months to hire for positions that are not even senior level. To drag candidates along such a long process is so unnecessary and inconsiderate. Communication is very minimal even if you reach out to them, expect at most 1 vague email back per month of the interview process. I've never seen such a terrible hiring process before. You'll likely do several interviews, be asked to send your references, see the job posting be reposted multiple times, and then be ghosted (my experience). Don't bother applying. If you have no self-respect and want to be belittled, this is the place for you!
