The interview process was dragged out for over two months. After 3 interviews I was ghosted, even after several follow up emails I never heard anything back. Severe lack of communication between recruiters/talent team and candidates. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. During the first interview I asked why the position was open, and the recruiter stated that several PMs recently left the company because they were working excessive overtime in various timezones to serve international clients and eventually burnt out. I appreciated the transparency, but it was definitely a big red flag that they left the issue unresolved long enough to lose good people. She stated that they learned from it and have made changes but it's defintiely something to note. I was super interested in the company but the lack of professionalism, communication, and integrity for the hiring process was a huge turn off.
