The interview took around 30 minutes in total. They mostly asked questions about my previous experience and why I wanted to be a teaching assistant. They also asked about the kind of school that I wanted to work at.

Short casual interview. Questions regarding experience and safeguarding. May be required to have a trial day with certain schools or a 'meet and greet' with senior leaders and have a look around the school.
