Pretty simple. Met with the center director and assistant director. They asked a few high level interview questions then made an offer the next day. I think they were desperate.

Received call from Human Resources staff person, she couldn't explain position and was unclear about nurse role. I asked for copy of job description but never received . I was told an interview would be scheduled but no one called back or returned my call...very unprofessional
