      Entrevista

      External recruiter contact, then a coding exercise, then an internal HR phone screen. The coding exercise was straightforward but unnecessary given my existing portfolio. Once I passed that, the recruiter claimed a high likelihood of passing the phone screen and continuing to a half-day of interviews. The HR representative asked me about my previous positions and why I was no longer employed there. Despite giving her the information, she demanded to know why they were so short and "what was the common reason" behind me leaving (there was none). She was rude, obviously had no intention of continuing the interview process before she even called, and ended the call in 6 minutes.

      After HR shortlisted my profile on Naukri, they promptly reached out and scheduled an interview within three days. The initial round, lasting 45 minutes, was technical and conducted by a male panel. It began with a self-introduction, followed by discussions on my recent project and queries related to my resume skills. Although I responded to all questions, I didn't hear back after this round.

      Entrevista

      Its been 45days of interview process after shortlisting my profile. Initially they said total 4 rounds in which 2 are technical, 1 managerial and HR discussion. I have given all those which took 25days, after all those 4 rounds they again called and said one more discussion is there which is with HR head, I attended that also, its almost 30days. Again after giving that, HR called and said one more discussion is there with Technical Head. the entire process took 45 days. I even visited the office after for 3rd round even they scheduled it virtually. They cancelled that and asked me to come to office. I even went there to give my interview. If HR team or management didn't have any work don't play with the employees time who are looking for new job. Instead try to resolve the issues of current employees who are working there. No body is free that too having 4.5+ years of experience as a developer. Just don't play with the time of persons who are looking for the job. They still keep on telling that you are selected and your offer is ready to roll out but you need to have one more discussion. I have given total 6 rounds of interview or discussions whatever they call.
