Began with application on hospital website. Was contacted by recruiter to fill-out self-paced text interview. From that interview was invited for video interview with hiring staff at clinic. Video interview with Director of Therapy and Outpatient therapy director. Scenario based questions. Very friendly and easy to interact with both interviewers.

The recruiter emailed to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was over Teams with the manager and another employee and lasted 1 hour. Questions were situation-based (ie "tell me a time when..").

This was a really poor interview process. They asked primarily situational questions that were not at all relevant to the position and had nothing to do with my experience or qualifications. I stopped the interview early and withdrew from consideration. I Will not be applying again.
