Very quick and surface level. I was shocked at the casual nature, and lack of hard questions. It gave me pause about accepting any offer, because the interview was far less thorough than what I gave my account assistants at my previous employer. I was taken aback by the absence of any questions that would have demonstrated my knowledge. Instead, the interview was peppered with questions anyone working at a BM office would pick up.

I interviewed 5 times; each time with a new account manager; was called a couple weeks later and I has received the job. Everyone was professional and friendly; I was happy to get the job
