Out of courtesy, I accepted, but the experience felt inconsistent and dismissive. Instead of a constructive discussion about my skills, the conversation focused on questioning my fit in a way that felt unprofessional. Overall, the process left me feeling undervalued. Candidates deserve clearer communication, respect, and consistency in recruitment.

Telephonic screening, coding round, technical discussion, HR and MD discussion. Although they have above process, it purely depends on the urgency . If they need a person immediately, or if it is a rare technology in market, the process will be liberal.
