3 rounds of interviews. First telephone with recruiter where they ask you about your interest in the position, then with trainee manager where they study your competences and skillset, then final with client to see if you're a match

The process was disappointing. The interview was rescheduled several times and eventually redirected through another step at the last minute. Out of courtesy, I accepted, but the experience felt inconsistent and dismissive. Instead of a constructive discussion about my skills, the conversation focused on questioning my fit in a way that felt unprofessional. Overall, the process left me feeling undervalued. Candidates deserve clearer communication, respect, and consistency in recruitment.

Entrevista
Telephonic screening, coding round, technical discussion, HR and MD discussion. Although they have above process, it purely depends on the urgency . If they need a person immediately, or if it is a rare technology in market, the process will be liberal.
