The interview phase takes a long time until you're talking with a person - never reached it. Not very transparent, and rather demotivating. HR interview part was very bland and one-sided.

Complete waste of time Did a technical assessement in the platform, it was told to me that it was going to take one hour Instead, it took three hours It consisted in 50 multiple choice questions, and 2 large problems with react I wasted 3 hours doing it, got a good result (it shows your results after you finish) After that, the only thing i got is a generic e-mail telling me i did not move on to the next step Also did a english test where my result was C2 Terrible tech assessement, terrible feedback experience

Just after my application, I received an online technical test. The test is 3h long, under the surveillance of camera, without double screen, etc They required me to pass the test before the end of the week which and thus I had to cancel my plans for the weekend. This is not acceptable, requiring 3h of test from someone with such a short notice was a redflag. After ignoring this redflag, I've successfully passed the test (100/100 at the 3 exercices). I've then had a HR meeting. Two days after the HR meeting, they rejected my application without any explanations even after I politely asked them to do so. That's another red flag for you.
