My experience with the interview process was very frustrating and disorganised. Recruiter refused to share salary details, not even a range, which is very weird Despite the interview being rescheduled multiple times at the last minute, interviewers still didn’t show up, and the call was cancelled rescheduled again. No feedback was provided after two interviews, despite repeated requests. Overall, the process felt disorganised and lacked transparency.

Turned off by this process after initial call with the recruiter. She didn’t seem knowledgeable at all. I didn’t expect her to be an expert in procurement, but it was such a cookie cutter conversation and she came across as fake. I decided not to move forward with further interviews because of the experience.
