First interview was with external hiring manager from Serbia. That short meeting was fine and usual. Next was technical interview with 2 Solution Architects?! from Proximus. Both had really bad English accent so it was pretty hard to understand them. They asked me a lot of architectural and back end questions. I had to lead the meeting since both of them were pretty shy. After two days I received a message from Proximus that they do not need Back Emd engineer but a full stack with focus on Angular. I suggest for them to first think what they want and need and then waste other peoples time. Extremely disappointing.
