Very predatory hiring process where managers create own companies in bid to hire aspiring candidates. Example, Raymond Lee Organisation, Omni Collective, etc. Will hire for roles like Financial Analyst, HR Executive, Business Development Executive, all these might be guises for financial advisory role, be cautious if they ask to do a DISC personality test.
