Three rounds of interviews. First, with a manager who will likely be your mentor, and revolved around getting to know you. Second, with the same manager, but focused more on the program and the details involved with successfully completing it. Finally, you will have a final interview with the director, trainer, and head of compliance. This final interview will involve many different types of questions, but nothing technical.

Quick and easy interview process lasted around 3 weeks. Initial call and interview with two different employers, but both were extremely friendly and interested in getting to know me. Very helpful in explaining the position and answering any questions.
