Received email for Phone interview first. Hiring Manager was late to call but was apologetic. Very easy and laid back questions. Received email a week later to be brought in for a face to face. Had four face to face interviews. One at a time.

3 rounds with no weird situational questions and nice conversation, overall the process went fairly quickly and I had an offer within a couple weeks. I liked that there wasn't any fluff, it was all real conversation.
