interview process was very educational and very helpful for me, I did not fully understand before what that job entails, so during the process I have realized that this job is not for me.... But loved the manager and people seemed nice and smart.... Will consider working for Prudential, but maybe in a dif capacity....

Foi uma conversa onde se foca muito no pessoal, talvez para trabalhar suas possível fraquezas para a proposta ser conforme o seu cenário. No mais é interessante, talvez eu use em algum momento.
The interview went better than what I had expected! The hiring manager asked relevant questions and was engaging during the session. Was offered the role a month after the final interview.
A Recruiter reached out to explain the role and the interview steps and to set up an interview. First Interview was a video call with a panel of three people from senior management.
