Apply online -> invitation to extensive Hirevue -> Superday. Overall process took around 6 weeks, very clear process, kudos to HR. Superday included a one-on-three setup where they ask you all types of questions, some behavioral, some technical.

It was very excitig since our company will realocate stuff to Japan branch for traning. I was interviewed by three officers, which include a HR manager, Investment Exective officer and a Japan branch chief Investment officer. This interview was mainly conducuted by asking personal behavior and background questions.
