First, you must fill out an application online. They offer a webinar about the virtual interview process. Then they send you a HireVue invite. The HireVue interview mostly consists of behavioral and work-experience questions.

What have learned from your actuary exams and how does it relate to insurance?
The first step is a Hirevue interview. Based off of that, they choose whether or not they want to properly interview you. It is broken down into technical and behavioral interviews.

Has there ever been a time you felt a decision you made affected your values.
The first round was an interview where I recorded my answers. The second round was 2 virtual interviews on the same day. I received the offer later that day for the position I applied for.
