I went to their office in NJ to interview with the actuarial team. I had a series of 30 minute interviews with different staff members, each of which was both to tell me details about the position and to ask me questions assessing my skills and fit for the position. I'd say more of the time was spent giving me details about the position. Each interview was fairly relaxed, culminating in the entire team taking me downstairs to eat lunch with them in the company cafeteria. I really appreciated doing that to see how I would get along with everyone and see what their normal day was like.

First interview had a very smooth and organized process. Interviewers were nice and supportive. Mostly situational questions were asked. I declined the second interview as I had another offer but they were very helpful and supportive.
