I had two separate Microsoft Teams interviews with two separate leaders and received a phone call as a follow up. The Teams interviews were confirmed by email. Leadership was very accommodating.

They were extremely flexible about scheduling me for the interview & I got a full tour of the office when I came in. I also got to meet a few people from the team during the interview. The entire process start-finish, I feel like they remembered I'm a human being, and treated me with kindness. They were also great about keeping me informed.
