I have never left a review for an interview process, but felt compelled to do so in order to provide some insight for other applicants. My interview process, from start to finish, was a MONTH long. Which, of course, followed a lengthy application and assessment process. I completely understand the need to be thorough when seeking out a candidate, but if there are numerous company representatives who need to be involved, it should be consolidated to no more than 2 interviews. I ended up being asked, and having to answer, many of the same questions on each interview. I had 5. There is just no reason for 5 interviews and a month long process to be the norm for a company. It shows little regard for the applicant's time and schedule. I can't speak to the company itself, but I have never experienced an interview process this lengthy and time-consuming.
