Shame that my experience was mirrored by other experiences below.
In early-mid November 2025 I applied online for the role, and was reached out to by a recruiter. She explained as much as she was able to, and indicated the time frame for hiring could be extended due to the holidays. I explained that the only thing that mattered was that when a decision was made, I would be kept in the loop, in good faith.
I went to the Prysmian campus in Kentucky, had a positive interview experience and the team seemed professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, I never heard anything before or after the holidays, and received no reply to my follow-up email. It simply never came, and when I reviewed the Prysmian website, the recruiter must have lied and checked the 'Feedback provided' box. Not sending even an auto-reject e-mail to candidates that take the time to go into your office to interview is so incredibly unprofessional.
Disappointing communication despite a good initial impression.

It was a fairly standard panel of behavioral questions. "Explain a time when..." etc.
