It was an enjoyable experience. Future supervisor provided helpful information to better understand what working here would be like. It felt more conversational rather than a formal interview, and I was encouraged to be myself. There were plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

Entrevista
I was contacted via phone by HR Rep based in Morgan Hill. Interview was scheduled within a week. Interview was panel of staff including direct line staff and site clinical supervisor which lasted about 45 minutes. This also included a brief tour of the facility led by line staff. I was contacted about 1 week later by HR with an offer.
Every position has a main focus and our professional staff are counted on to not only know the basics but to have practiced in their field. We pride ourselves on hiring and retaining professional staff to work with our clients on their road to recovery.

- In-person interview (2 - dependent on position, panel or individual interviews are given. Interviews are structured, though there is flexibility for germane, supplemental topics. Interview centers around KSAO's, situational judgment, and fit of potential employee to company vision/values.)

Tell me about an experience where you experienced a conflict (client, co-worker, etc.); how did you respond/resolve the issue?
Our specialized client development position help potential residents get ready while at another facility to join our program. This position gains the trust of the new client and helps them get ready for the step down to a residential setting from a higher level of care.
