I applied via LinkedIN. HR reached out via phone call. I had first interview with HR who has a very informal communication style which was ok considering the firm's style and structure.
after 3 weeks from 1st step, 2nd step was confirmed as an online interview with the CEO/ Co-Founder. Before interview HR was giving a agenda to be followed. Based on this, candidate will have 5 min to talk about him/herself, prepare two questions to CEO based on the youtube and spotify podcasts/interviews.( This is also the way they can increase reach of these contents, I suppose-good strategy). last 10 min CEO will ask questions to the candidate to get to know. I liked this approach. I was a bit disappointed during and after the CEO interview. based on HR approach, I started my conversation informal. In return CEO started to use ''Mr/Mrs'' which was confusing for me. I put the blame on me, based on their structure, my expectations from the company and its founders were too high. Surprisingly based on my discussions with them, none of them were satisfactory for me. and the questions from CEO were a bit controversial.
within 24 hourse, email from HR informed me that I wasn't selected.
