I was ghosted after completing four hours of free work for them and three rounds of interviews. The third interview was like pulling teeth with the hiring team. Interviews felt rushed and tactless.

The people were all charming. It rubbed me the wrong way about the amount of unpaid work that is asked of the applicants. Shortly after a third round, I was told that they went with someone with more experience in an area they did not ask me much about. Overall I feel like I was given the runaround.
