I was asked for my interview to work on a project, designing a whole SS range for the company along with mood boards & trend boards. In most other jobs I have found it is much smaller around 5 designs. I was then asked to email this across to them. The design position I was then told was no longer available and they had someone in house to fill the role. I spent over 30 hours working on this project. I was told my wage expectation was too high, even though this was discussed in the first interview before doing the project. Months later I saw my designs all over the Public Desire website.
