Board members were highly educated and intelligent. They created a cordial atmosphere for friendly but directed conversation. Considering the pandemic situation, the online interview was a creative and welcome approach, but I felt an in-person interview would have been better because as a civil service aspirant I dreamt of this moment for a long time.
