The interview process was very detailed. There were a total of 5 to 6 rounds. As one clears each round, he/she proceeds to the next round. The first round was a MCQ round for QA and testing. The second round was again MCQ but this time, the questions were tougher. The third round was in detail round where one had to write in detail answers in an answer sheet. The questions were as below: 1) A scenario was explained. One had to identify test cases and test scenarios and write them down. 2) A defect life cycle for a defect identified in ALM had to be explained. 3) A case study for a financial institution was provided. One had to write and explain the test cases for it. The fourth round was a face 2 face interview round where questions on integration testing, system testing and UI testing were asked. The fifth round was ageneral discussion round with a senior member of the organization. The sixth round was HR round and it was telephonic.

Very bad experience. The panel started the interview by asking to show the entire room by rotating the camera 360°. I felt very bad because the interview has not yet started and I was asked to show my entire room. There is some privacy of the candidate and their space. But still I have shown the entire room. Even after that panel asked to focus camera on every angle of room which is ridiculous. For the sake of interview please don't ruin someone's privacy. Noone has any right to see someone's house without permission. Please respect that. Please trust candidate. If panel feels that candidate might cheat then they can either conduct interview at office or find out some other ways.
