I had a very long and drawn-out interview process with this company. They kept extending the timeline for various reasons, and I was in the pipeline for nearly two months. Initially, they mentioned I would be joining within a month, then postponed it to the following month, offering vague and unconvincing reasons. Eventually, they informed me that the position was put on hold. Overall, it was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend accepting an interview invite from this company."

Candidate Profile selection done by recruiters, could be the company’s hiring team or a third party recruiting agency. Then there is screening of profiles based on the requirements. If you pass that, next round is technical interview with the design leads. And the last stage would be salary negotiation with the recruiting team and background checks.
