I was interviewed for an Associate Level 2 Java role at Sapient, which requires 4 years of experience and is the second-lowest permanent position there. The process involves three interview rounds: an initial 2-hour round, followed by another interview at Sapient’s office (conducted by the same ), and finally a managerial round. All interviews are recorded and reviewed by senior team members. If selected, candidates go directly to the bench and must clear project-specific interviews. Interviewers are with the mindset of rejecting the candidate to avoid any blame. So they may select you for next round with the negative points on the feedback and then it depend on the reviewers to proceed further or not , so that interviewer will not get any blame in future.
