Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 6 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Publix (Pace, FL) em abr. de 2013
Entrevista
I put in an application at the location in Pensacola, FL. It was in store, which I think is required anyway. I put down that I had complete open availability, because I was looking mainly for a job for summer since my current job isn't open during that season. I put in my application on Thursday and received a phone call that following Tuesday for the location in Pace. He asked me to come in for an interview the next day, and the day after that he called me saying he wanted to hire me and asked me to come in for my drug test.
The interview was really simple. It only took about 20 minutes. He just wanted to explain a little bit about the store, the job, himself, and asked about me. The interview was extremely easy. He asked why I loved people, if I was good at working as a team, and asked about a time I had an upset customer and how I handled it.
HINT: If you have open availability, you're more likely to be called in for an interview and then hired.

Pergunta 1
Asked me for an example of when I had an upset customer, and the steps I went through to resolve the issue.
Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.
