Entrevista
You'll probably interview with 2 people. First he/she will start out telling you a few things about Publix and it's history, then he/she will ask you a few scenario questions that are based around customer service. Next he/she will ask you to tell a little bit about you're life and interest.

If you were a front service clerk, and you are returning a go-back item to it's correct place in the store, and a customer comes up to you mad because they had a bad experience in another department in the store, what would you do?

Organized and flowed well. Interviewer answered all questions I had for them and more. It was timely and follow process was fast and efficient. Great experience overall went well. Second interview involved job offer.

Easy process. Easy questions. Asked a lot about prior experiences and what i could bring to the table. Asked about schedule and availability as well all of which led to the personality questions.

First, you have to take an online assessment during the application and then you get scheduled for an in-person interview if they like your responses. The assessment was pretty lengthy and had a variety of customer service and situational questions, and the interview was pretty serious for the low level position I was taking.
