It was brief, but straight to the point. I was asked a lot of questions about family and values, which is what the company is built around. I was asked about my experience with people and customers and the stress that was put on the customer and not the product. It was a very straight forward process.

Organized and flowed well. Interviewer answered all questions I had for them and more. It was timely and follow process was fast and efficient. Great experience overall went well. Second interview involved job offer.

First, you have to take an online assessment during the application and then you get scheduled for an in-person interview if they like your responses. The assessment was pretty lengthy and had a variety of customer service and situational questions, and the interview was pretty serious for the low level position I was taking.
