15 minute phone call, where the questions were not geared towards the position. They seemed to be tacky “ice breaker” questions, where there is no good answer. There didn’t seem to be much structure

Name three people, alive or dead, that you would have dinner with. - pretty distasteful question in my opinion and not relevant to the position
