I applied online thought the poublix sites, then i was called for a one on one interview. the whole process took 2 days. and it was 3 rounds.
The first interview was with the current store manager. then the higher manager. and finally the HR round.

Easy interview process, organized, professional, and she was knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the company. Interview was about an hour from start to finish. She was able to give me information on other Publix locations that were hiring in the area.

Long and time consuming. Too many questions about nothing and dumb hypothetical situations. Asked personal off base questions. Walked store and asked i pick out flaws. I had to fake fire and hire someone.
