I applied in store on their computer, about 2 days later I was called and asked to come in for an interview. I was in a room with the store manager and the deli manager. They talked about the basic duties and responsibilities I would have in the Deli which included lots of cleaning and offering samples to customers. They also asked about my availability and a bit about my previous work experience with the food industry.

Behavioral Interview with questions on how you would behave in a team environment, and stressful or otherwise adverse conditions. They will also analyze how you align with the company's value system.
