Quite informal, 1-1 talk, asking about employment history and why I wanted to work there. Overall application turn around time was fairly short. Got a response within days of handing in CV, and heard back from interview also within a couple of days.

It is good. The HR very kind and not the fussy type. Will ask a couple of questions but those with retail experience can answer. Overall the interview process is smooth and fun
