Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Pulse Creative (New York, NY) em abr. de 2019
Entrevista
Applied via their company website, was emailed back to come in for an interview. No phone screening at all. Thankfully, even though I was located in a different city at the time, I wasn't too far away to come to NYC for an in-person interview.
Interviewer hardly asked any questions, immediately just back to "let me drive" and walk him through my portfolio, which I thought was a little off and unprofessional. After my portfolio walkthrough, he told me a little more about the company and its culture, and how they work insanely long days at times but are very close and went to their CEO's house in Colorado one holiday and just smoked and had fun.
I don't doubt that they're a close team and have fun together, but based on this interview I didn't get the sense that they were serious or had their bearings together.

Emailed my resume, cover-letter and portfolio over. I received a reply the week after to come in for a sit-down interview.
When I arrived for the interview I was greeted with a "sit down over there" and waited for 15 mins before I was seen.
I'm not sure if the CD and HR interviewer were just completely exhausted with the entire interview process, overworked, or hungover but they were not welcoming from the very start.
One of them started the interview with "I'm too tired to ask questions" - What kind of interview is that?!
If you had been interviewing all week....surely you would have at least 5 questions to ask.
As mentioned in other Glassdoor reviewers, they are very family oriented type group which may or may not work for everyone.
