The application process was very long and challenging -it took over 2 months with 8 application steps in between: one initial 20-30 min phone call with HR, 2h Hudson test, 3 x 1h interviews with HR, line manager and BU director, a case study and last 2 interviews (30 min) with the top management. I was rejected at the very last stage. Everyone I talked to was nice , knowledgable and passionate about their work and Puratos, but I think there was no internal alignment on this role, as I received some questions in the last stage which were not required by the job position. I also think the application procedure could be optimized by having panel interviews instead of meeting everyone individually.

The interview process consisted of: - 5-question email interview - Competency scan - Interview with HR - Interview with supervisor - Interview with peers - Case study panel presentation (one question to prepare at home, second one to prepare on the spot in 2h time) The process was very lengthy and frustrating, since it wasn't clear upfront how many more stages of recruitment there would be. All interviews happened on differents dates. The last interview included nearly a dozen of people present. I had been given the topic to prepare a few days prior although the interview had been scheduled much in advance. After 3,5 months of interviews, I was told Puratos will not continue with my candidacy. The reason I was given was rather unconvincing and apparently there was no other candidate at that stage.
