They just ask random questions and the candidates who are in soft nature will ne shortlisted so that they can be controlled once they join. Hiring is very challenging for this company because of the politics and extensive working hours. Very unprofessional method of screening the cadidates.

It was a average process . Not so hard. They asked general questions about myself about the place I belong also about the summer internship . It was a good experience
