One in person interview at the studio location. Emailed in resume and received an email to schedule an interview person interview later that week I then heard back about a week later with the offer

Very simple process. Met with hiring manager via a phone/video screen. The questions were fairly easy. It felt more like a casual conversation. They wanted to get a sense of a person’s customer service skills.
