The first-round interview was very fast-paced. It was a one-to-one 15 minute interview with the manager. He was very friendly, started the interview with a couple of jokes, which easily relaxes you. It was short and simple, more concentrated on your motivation to work for the company and your ambitions for the future than your background as full training is provided.
Second round interview is on-the-job - shadowing one of he training managers. It gives you a very good idea of what the job is like and you find out if you get the job or not at the end of the day.
