I saw a posting on Indeed about a Senior System Administrator role and applied. I got an email a day later to add more information on their website and then had to record myself answering 4 questions where they said will help you stand out. The questions were basically telling them about your experience, what interest you in the position, your goal with joining the company and experience working with Active Directory. I personally don't like when you have to record yourself answering questions, so I already lost interest after I had to do that. The next step would be doing a in person interview but I never heard back so I figure I wasn't selected
