I received an email from the recruiter asking about some behavioural questions and past experience (the type of questions you typically request over the phone). I replied with elaborate answers and later in the week received a phone call asking exactly the same things. I received a rejection email 2 or 3 weeks later with no explanations

Phone screen, then one onsite round with the manager and one data scientist on the team. The onsite interview took about 30 minutes, talked about past experience and some technical questions.
