I applied online - within a couple of weeks a HR person got back to me with some screener questions, a few days later she schedules an Interview with the supply-chain team, they ask me all kinds of trade compliance & supply-chain questions, nothing very difficult if you know what you're doing. That went well, the next day they email me to get round 2 scheduled with the COO - it didn't go well. He shows up on the zoom call a couple minutes late, acts pissed off and annoyed during the entire Interview, had not read my resume, he says ask him anything about purple - I ask some supply-chain & sourcing questions, he responds mockingly "I don't know", he says ask some more questions - I ask about the company's financial health since he "doesn't know" about the supply chain. This question really triggered him, he rolled his eyes then said purple is a publicly traded company, he cant talk about that, and that I should go look on their website. As soon as the Interview was finished with this guy, I knew I would *NOT* be getting the job, and probably would not want to work for him.
