Interview process is much more of knowing your practical experience, your skills of tackling real work like situations. It was less of an interview, but more of a discussion. More focus is on how you have been dealing with situations at work. Very patient and Frank discussion session. They compare you, your skill sets on based on their requirement and whether you will be a good fit within the company culture. Overall, it was a great experience.
