Went through interview process and people who work there are extremely fake and pushy. I would consider them sales people who are greedy not actually wanting to help people find jobs. Interviewed then backed out due to their extreme pressure. Clearly have no records because 4 other recruiters called me in the next few months begging and pressuring me to interview when I already told them no multiple times. High turnover rate due to unrealistic expectations and fake nice environment

4-5 Step Interview Process. Interviews felt very conversational and my recruiter always had me feeling prepared going into each round. It’s an entry level position but if you’re going up against someone with more experience, good luck! The hiring team did not give me any real feedback after the interviews so we have to assume that experience is all that matters here. 1. Initial Screen Interview 2. Interview with Chief of Staff (60 Min) 3. A 2 Hour Shadow day followed by 60 min interview with Director of Operations 4. Final presentation on why you and why pursuit
