Amazing!! One of the best experiences I've been through while job hunting. For one, the recruiter that I worked with was incredible! Best in class. He walked me through the role and company, what to expect and how my skills would match with the role. One thing skill that was crucial was back end scripting/modeling/ETL which was not my strength. However, the hiring managers decided to move forward with a phone interview and then on site interview. They understood that my front end skills around BI and Data visualization would make up for the back end support/training I will require in the future. I can't say more great things about the hiring manager and CIO. First class in going through the role and what they want in a candidate; however, at the end I had to go with my heart and pursue a consulting role that will allow me to travel and work with many different companies.
