They give you 2 tests one is regular C++ and other is Unity Project, You would get an email that looks like auto-Generated because it doesn't mention your name. You will spend 2 weeks completing this test.
After 2 weeks if they decide that you are not a good fit they will send you a rejection email, Saying that your CV isn't what they were looking for.
(You should have done your interview and screen first before wasting my 2 weeks)
They also don't provide feedback to the test which makes me pretty sure that they simply don't value the effort candidates put in the test. I doubt they even ran the code.
The rejection email will contain your name and will come from a separate email unlike the test email so I am 90% sure the first email is auto-generated and you end up wasting your time doing the test.
I would advise people to don't waste time with these people, if you really want to work here than force them to come into a call first and discuss what they are actually looking for.
Its a waste of time, don't do this test go outside and spend time with your friends and family instead of this. Don't take the test unless they talk to you for an hour in a call, they might not be looking for you anyway and will send you a test.

Absolutely Horrible Experience:
I applied for Gameplay Programmer role and emailed them after seeing the posting on their website. I got a return email where I was asked to complete a programming test that included programming questions and a Unity project with timeline of 2 weeks.
After submitting, I received no response from them. I had to follow up thrice to finally get a response. I received a generic email from someone S. K. (I'm 100% sure it's an AI-generated response) saying that they had no positions available for the role.
It'd have been far more respectful & considerate to inform that the role was no longer active before they sent out such tests. Instead, I wasted two weeks working on a test for a position that wasn’t even available. The lack of transparency and communication is incredibly unprofessional.
In my follow-up emails, I tried to ask for clarification and feedback, but after an initial apology (which again was 100% AI generated), I completely got ghosted. They have no respect for time and effort.
Don't bother doing their test until you confirm the position is open.

Within 2 days of sending in my resume, I received an email with a programming test. The test was 13 questions long: 3 theory, 8 c++, 2 shader code. The test took me around 12 hours to complete. For 2 weeks I received no reply to my test submission. I received a reply telling me to "be patient" with no estimate of how long the test review will take. A week later I emailed Q-Games again asking about the test result, as I was keeping another company waiting with an offer. The next day I got an email saying "at this point in time we do not have any positions that are suitable for someone of your experience and skill set".
