Starts with a 30 minute phone call with someone from HR. If that goes well they will send you two technical assessments. These are timed and take 2 and a half hours total. If you score well on those, they will send you two more assessments that are more personality focused. Do well enough on those and they will bring you in for an in person interview. They set me up in a nice hotel in downtown Fort Worth the night before the interview. Interview began at 8:30am and lasted until around 2pm. Beautiful office on the 32nd floor of the Bank of America building in Downtown Fort Worth. In person interview consisted of a series of 90-120 minute interviews with one partner at a time. Tough interviews. They do ask you to scroll through your social media while an HR director watches. People were friendly, but be prepared to elaborate on and/or defend your answers from the personality/fit assessment and any weak spots of your resume. At the end of the interviews, the recruiter told me I would hear from them in a week or two. After two weeks and no contact, I emailed the search firm that initially put me in contact with Q's recruiter to ask if they had heard anything. They replied and informed me that I didn't get an offer because the partners were concerned that I was "too interested in the investment side and feared I wouldn't stay in the program for 2 years." That was probably a fair assessment, but the fact that they didn't contact me directly when the decision was made rubbed me the wrong way a little bit. But overall it was a good experience.
