Initial phone interview with Talent Acquisition. TA called and spoke for like 10 mins, no place for you to ask any questions, they just asked and you answer. Was told they’d bring your profile to the hiring manager about your details and will contact you for next steps. Waited for days nothing, followed up and was told the hiring manager was on leave and they would chase for an update once the hiring manager returns. I waited, another week passed - RADIO silence. Got an offer elsewhere at a university and decided to just leave it. If you reject someone please at least let them know, not ghosting them and not respond at all!! I saw good reviews of this company and didn’t expect to be ghosted like this.
